Pudzianowski Issues Final Warning to Eddie Hall Before ‘World’s Strongest Fight’

MMA News

Mariusz Pudzianowski, set to face Eddie Hall in his MMA debut, believes `The Beast` is unprepared for the challenge and predicts a difficult fight for the Brit.

Hall, known as ‘The Beast’, initially challenged Pudzianowski following a unique 2-on-1 fight victory he secured last June.

Now, the two former World’s Strongest Man champions are scheduled to clash in Gliwice, Poland, this Saturday night.

Pudzianowski`s last fight was a surprising knockout defeat against former heavyweight boxer Artur Szpilka in June 2023. However, he remains confident heading into this bout, banking on his significant experience from a 27-fight MMA career.

Pudzianowski`s Final Pre-Fight Message

Hall is expected to weigh around 350 lbs for the modified rules MMA contest against `Pudzian`.

Although the rounds are limited to four minutes each, the five-time World’s Strongest Man champion stated he is confident this duration is more than enough time to inflict significant discomfort on Hall.

During a pre-fight Q&A with KSW, Pudzianowski delivered a direct and ominous warning to Hall:

“Eddie, you’re in for a lot of hard work. I’m not going to give up easily. You know it well that I fight until the very end.”

“You’re about to see what lack of oxygen means.”

“This is not boxing, this is MMA.”

Eddie Hall Discusses Training with Tom Aspinall

For the past year, Hall has been training alongside interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall.

It appears that Aspinall, one of the top heavyweights in the UFC, has generally had the upper hand during their sparring sessions.

Speaking to Bloody Elbow`s Donagh Corby, Hall described training with Aspinall as an incredibly humbling experience:

“Look, man, I’m not Jon Jones, but I can honestly, hand on heart say I’ve never had such a humbling experience as to getting in the ring with Tom Aspinall and sparring.”

“Doing the grappling, because you just feel like a little girl. Even a man my size, he just uses your strengths against you and his hands are so fast. His footwork is just incredible. You just feel like a f—ing amateur to go in the ring and doing business with Tom Aspinall.”

“And that’s me, that’s like a ‘World’s Strongest Man’ saying that. It’s a very humbling experience going in the ring with Tom.”
