Former UFC star Paige VanZant is set to make her debut in the Global Fight League (GFL) in Los Angeles.

VanZant, once a prominent figure in the UFC, is stepping back into MMA after leaving the UFC in 2020. Since her departure, she has explored various combat sports, including boxing and bare-knuckle fighting.

VanZant’s GFL Debut on May 25

After signing with GFL earlier this year, it has been announced that VanZant will face Canadian fighter Randi Field. The fight is scheduled for May 25 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Randi Field holds a professional record of 5 wins and 1 loss, with experience in Bellator.

Two-Day GFL Event

VanZant’s debut is part of a two-day launch event. On May 24, notable fighters like Urijah Faber, Renan Barao, Anthony Pettis, Benson Henderson, Chad Mendes, and Holly Holm are also scheduled to compete.

The event on day two will also feature a highly anticipated fight between Tony Ferguson and Dillon Danis.
