Francis Ngannou Could Face Winner of Hall vs. Pudzianowski Strongman Clash

MMA News

Francis Ngannou`s next opponent in the world of mixed martial arts could potentially be the victor of the much-anticipated bout between former World`s Strongest Men, Eddie Hall and Mariusz Pudzianowski.

Later tonight, at KSW 105 in Gliwice, Poland, these two titans of strength will collide in a contest that has already captured significant global attention among combat sports fans.

However, while their impending fight represents a formidable challenge for both competitors, the winner might just face an even larger obstacle in their subsequent outing.

According to the President of KSW, a potential showdown pitting the winner of Hall vs. Pudzianowski against `The Predator` is genuinely being considered.

KSW President Expresses Strong Interest in Ngannou vs. Strongman Winner

Since securing the PFL Super Fights heavyweight title with a decisive victory over Renan Ferreira, Francis Ngannou has been awaiting news regarding his next fight. However, this situation could soon change.

KSW President, Martin Lewandowski, has revealed his strong desire for the former UFC heavyweight champion to step into the cage against whoever emerges victorious from the clash between Mariusz Pudzianowski and Eddie Hall.

Speaking in an interview, Lewandowski confirmed his interest: “I’m in touch with the guys from PFL. So, definitely we can talk about this kind of match if they would be willing to share the fighter, no problem. I can say from now that I’m interested to do that, definitely.”

On paper, considering his considerably greater experience in MMA, Pudzianowski might appear to be a more logical opponent for a seasoned MMA legend like Ngannou compared to Eddie Hall, who is relatively new to the sport.

Nevertheless, it`s worth noting that Hall previously surpassed Francis Ngannou`s recorded score on the UFC`s PowerKube machine, a performance metric that could potentially motivate the Cameroonian fighter to seek a challenge for bragging rights.

Eddie Hall Faced Tough Training, Including a Head Kick Knockdown, Preparing for MMA Debut

While Eddie Hall possesses an undeniably intimidating physique, his transition into the world of mixed martial arts has demanded substantial effort and adaptation.

He was originally scheduled to make his MMA debut last year against Mitchell Hooper, but that bout ultimately did not materialize.

In his dedicated efforts to refine his fighting skills, the Englishman notably engaged in sparring sessions with a tall, powerful Russian fighter.

During one such intense session, Hall was notably knocked down by a forceful head kick, highlighting the challenges of adapting to MMA competition.
