Eddie Hall and Mariusz Pudzianowski together weighed in at over 600 pounds, highlighting a significant size difference for their upcoming fight.
Between them, they hold six World`s Strongest Man titles. Hall won in 2017, while Pudzianowski famously claimed five victories before transitioning to mixed martial arts. They are set to face off tomorrow night in Gliwice, Poland, at KSW 105 in a highly anticipated super-heavyweight clash.
Hall has significantly reduced his weight for this fight yet remains considerably larger than Pudzianowski. The Polish veteran has dramatically transformed his physique since his strongman days and now maintains a body suitable for MMA, often close to the 265lb limit.

Ahead of their ceremonial face-off, Eddie Hall and Mariusz Pudzianowski completed their official weigh-ins. Competing in the super-heavyweight division, there is no upper weight limit, only the requirement to be above the 265lb heavyweight threshold.
Hall chose to maintain significant mass, weighing in at a formidable 151.3 kg (334 lb). This makes him the heaviest opponent Pudzianowski has ever faced. In contrast, the Polish veteran weighed in at 267lb, close to the lower limit for the super-heavyweight class.
During his strongman career, Pudzianowski often weighed up to 320lb to support his immense lifting goals. However, upon transitioning to MMA, he drastically cut weight, a path Hall has also followed.
Eddie Hall began camp 40lb heavier for KSW clash with Mariusz Pudzianowski
Eddie Hall, who once weighed over 434lb when he famously deadlifted 500kg (1,102lb), has significantly reduced his weight since retiring from competitive strongman. He typically walks around at approximately 374lb.

He started his fight camp at 374lb but has dropped about 40lb, weighing in successfully for tomorrow`s event, partly credited to the carnivore diet. Discussing his approach to maintaining size and strength for fighting, Hall stated: “I feel good. For me, training isn`t just about the weight, but about my fitness level. Can I handle four-minute rounds and recover in 90 seconds to go again? Right now, the answer is yes. I don`t plan to lose excessive weight because my cardio is where it needs to be.”
