Camila Giorgi, previously a professional tennis player, is reportedly restarting her modeling career after relocating to Argentina.
The 33-year-old Italian athlete, known for reaching the Wimbledon quarter-finals in 2018, had retired from tennis the previous year without a public announcement to her fans.
During her time as a tennis player, Giorgi also worked as a lingerie model.
Following her retirement from tennis, she seemingly disappeared amidst allegations of unpaid rent and tax evasion, which she has denied.
Currently residing in Argentina, Giorgi surprised fans in February by appearing as a reporter at a Buenos Aires ATP 250 tournament.
She was observed interviewing players and providing commentary from the studio.
Despite her brief return to tennis broadcasting, sources indicate that Giorgi is now focusing on “resuming her modeling career,” according to reports.
Since her television appearance, the former world No. 26 has been featured in high-fashion photoshoots.
She was recently photographed in a bikini for PQ Swim and in an elegant black dress for La Nation newspaper.
Giorgi has also hinted at a new project related to sports.
On Instagram, she posted a workout video with the caption: “A sneak peek of what I`ll be showing soon: More sports with me. My lifelong passion.”
